Includes the following:
Session #1 - Clarifying Purpose: In this session, you will take a purpose assessment, understand the right question to ask, clarify your purpose and complete a crucial exercise.
Session #2 - Loving God (Part 1): You will begin learning about how you can live out your purpose, while also being introduced to the components of a behavior.
Session #3 - Loving God (Part 2): You will be introduced to the Fogg Behavior Model and learn about how we can love God in the areas of Health, Work and Money & Possessions.
Session #4 - Loving Others: You will be introduced to habit formation and learn about how we can love others in the areas of Family, Friends and Mission.
Session #5 - Taking Action (Part 1): You will be introduced to the concept of tiny actions, how to identify behaviors and then take a journey through the Tiny Action Progress Path.
Session #6 - Taking Action (Part 2): You will have a coaching call with one of our experienced purpose coaches to help you apply what you have learned in the experience.
